• Membership is valid for 12 months from the approval date and can be renewed through a new verification; the company reserves the right to accept or refuse new applications or renewals at its discretion.
• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke access to the program in cases of abuse, false documentation, or termination of the professional relationship.
• The program offers a personal discount on the original catalog price, not combinable with other promotions and subject to exclusions. The discount level is confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
• Access to the benefits is personal and non-transferable; the discount may not be used for purchases intended for third parties or for reselling products.
• Applications must be submitted via the form below, with documentation verified by the team; approval is communicated by email within 2–5 business days. Once approved, the personal account will display a “Pro” icon to indicate program status.
• All products purchased through the Pro Program follow Pedaled’s standard shipping, return, and warranty policies.
• The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke access to the program in cases of abuse, false documentation, or termination of the professional relationship.
